  • Interim Sales & Operations Director : International property company with £5m T/O and 70 staff. Restructured UK & Spanish operations to ride out 2009-10 financial crisis.

  • Business Unit Start-up : Outbound telemarketing department for $2.1Bn T/O voice & data Telco. Built £9.7M revenue attributable with a headcount of 25, representing 50% of UK corporate retail sales.

  • UK & Benelux Operation Start-up : Australian virtual deal room ISV. Developed investment banking resellers, signed framework agreements with top 50 M&A lawyers.

  • Interim Sales & Marketing Manager : £2.5M T/O mobile enterprise working company. Role to support director earn out target. Managed sales and marketing team of to deliver £3.2M software and services.

  • Digital Marketing: B2B digital for Swedish enterprise mobile messaging provider covering Google organic and ppc, boosting website hits to 4500 p/m and 3000+ twitter followers.

  • Sales Strategy Consulting: Implemented channel partner model for pan European networking company. Built high performance culture with 500% revenue uplift over 6 months. Closed additional €3M from new channel partner relationships.

  • Business Unit Start-up : Launched 3 converged communications companies. Developed full business plans, marketing materials and websites taking companies from inception to operational status.

  • Digital Marketing: Digital strategy, Google AdWords and website redesign for London based EEG Nurofeedback practice to encourage customer call to action to drive sales.

  • Digital Marketing: B2C digital strategy and implementation for Sri Lanka based surf business to drive bookings and revenue. Web design, Facebook and organic SEO.

Typically Neon Square assignments have been with small to mid-market, owner operated organisations either supporting the directors or investors. They have mainly been related to growth, development and supporting a smooth investor or director exit.
